摘要
目的考察不同厂家栀子配方颗粒中栀子苷含量。方法用高效液相色谱法测定栀子苷的含量。色谱柱为DiamonsilC1 8( 4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm) ;流动相为乙腈 — 水 ( 2 0∶80 ) ;流速 :1ml min;柱温 :3 0℃ ;检测波长 :2 3 8nm。结果建立的方法适用于栀子配方颗粒中栀子苷的含量测定 ,快速、灵敏、重现性好。不同厂家栀子配方颗粒中栀子苷含量为 66.0 2~ 1 97.71mg 包。结论不同厂家产品栀子苷含量差异显著。
Objective To investigate the quality of dispensing granule of gardenia produced in 4 different pharmaceutical factories via determining the content of geniposide in this preparation. Methods The content of geniposide was detected by HPLC, with a column of Diamonsil C18 (4.6×250), flow phase being acetonitrile-H 2O (20∶80), flow speed of 1?mL·min -1,column temperature of 30?℃ and detecting wave of 238?nm. Results The contents of geniposide varied from 66.02 to 197.71?mg?/pack, as detected in the products from different factories. Conclusions Content variation of geniposide is very obvious in the dispensing granule of gardenia produced in different pharmaceutical factories.
