摘要
修水流域的防洪调度是以柘林水库的洪水调度为中心,兼顾考虑下游地区的防洪任务。因此,防洪凋度的关键是在考虑柘林水库上游来水预报及下游区间洪水预报(主要是潦河)的条件下,制定柘林水库的防洪调度方案。防洪调度涉及众多因素,是非常复杂的决策过程,调度的各个阶段均需要调度人员的积极参与,所以,合理采用人机交互是解决这类问题的有效手段。根据修河流域防洪特点和要求,开发完成的本防洪调度系统包括调度方案生成、调度方案分析和调度方案实施三类功能模块[1]。
The flood control operation for Xiu River system is centered at the operating of zhelin reservoir,i.e.the regulation on floods into zhelin reservoir is the key point. The flooding situation in down-stream region shall be taken into consideration simultaneously. So that, how to use the forecasted floods at up-stream and down-stream (mostly at the Lao-River)make out the most reasonable scheme is the main task for this subsystem. As it is a fully complex process to make the operating scheme, professionals' participations at each stage of operation is necessary.Thus use of computer-man interaction design is necessary in the software development. According to the specific features and requirements on anti-flooding, the flood control operation system contains three principal modules namely scheme generation, scheme analysis and scheme implement.
