摘要
以硫酸法钛白粉副产物绿矾为原料 ,生产硫酸铵和铁红粉 .用含臭氧 ( 5 0 0mg/h)的空气在5 0℃将FeCO3氧化成Fe2 O3·nH2 O .通过煅烧制铁红产品 ,其质量达HO0 1 - 0 2 一级品要求 ;硫酸铵通过净化、除杂、浓缩、结晶 ,生产一级品硫铵 .实验证明 ,本工艺氧化时间短 。
Copperas, which is the byproduct in making TiO 2, can be used to produce (NH 4) 2SO 4 and red Fe 2O 3 powder. The FeCO 3 is been oxygenated by ozone (500mg/h) to Fe 2O 3·nH 2O in the air at the temperature of 50℃. By means of burning, Fe 2O 3·3H 2O can be made for red Fe 2O 3 powder product, and first-rate of (NH 4) 2SO 4 can be made by purifying, concentrating, and crystallizing in vacuum. The experiment indicates that this technology can be effected in a shorter time of oxygenating and more stable than other technologies.
