成型压力对ZrO_2陶瓷力学性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 对含Y2O3的ZrO2粉末,在不同压力下冷等静压成型、常压烧结,制备出了ZrO2陶瓷材料.分别利用三点弯曲、单边切口梁(SENB)法等力学方法和扫描电镜(SEM)测试方法,研究了冷等静压成型压力对ZrO2陶瓷材料力学性能和显微组织结构的影响.结果表明,随着冷等静压成型压力的增加,ZrO2陶瓷的抗弯强度及断裂韧性均下降,在弯曲载荷下,微裂纹首先在ZrO2颗粒界面形成并沿此界面扩展,最终导致材料断裂. The ZrO2 powder that contains Y2O3 was formed with Cold Isostatic pressed at different pressure, and then sintered into ceramics by pressless sintering. The mechanical behaviors and microstructure was investigated by some mechanical methods such as Three Points Bending and Single Edge Notch Bending and testing method such as SEM. It was confirmed that the Bending Strengthand Fracture Toughness was decreased with the improvement of the pressure of Cold Isostatic Press, and on the bending load, micro -shirinkages were firstly formed on the interfaces of grains, then extended along these interfaces and finally led to disrupting of this material.
