摘要
阿维菌素与毒死蜱5个配方对二化螟的室内毒力测定结果表明,B组配方对二化螟具有较高的毒力,LD50为1.8720μg/g,共毒系数295.2,增效作用明显。田间药效试验结果,15%阿维·毒乳油750~900mL/hm2对二化螟螟害率防效为93.79%~97.09%,杀虫效果95.30%~96.10%;900mL/hm2对稻飞虱3d,7d防效分别为90.56%,95.87%,对稻纵卷叶螟束叶率防效93.02%,杀虫效果88.95%,表明该复配剂对水稻害虫具有优良的综合控制作用。
Laboratory test of 5 formulae of avermectin-chlorpyfros mixtures indicated that Formula B had higher toxicity to Chilo suppressalis Walker and showed a significant synergism, with a LD_(50) of 1.8720 μg/g and a co-toxicity of 295.2. In a field experiment, 15% EC avermectin and chlorpyfros at the rate of 750~900 mL/hm^2 showed a control effect of 93.79%~97.09% for the damage caused by C. suppressalis. EC avermectin and chlorpyfros at the rate of 900 mL/hm^2 showed a control effect of 90.56% and 95.87% for Sogatella furcifera in 3 and 7 days, respectively, and a control effect of 93.02% for leak shrink caused by Cnaphalocrocis madinalis Guenee and a mortality of 88.95%. Such results suggest that the composite chemical presents a better integrated control.
