摘要 采用外防腐涂层技术可以保证长输管道在预期的使用寿命内不产生由于外腐蚀而引起的功能损失。埋地钢管的外防腐可采用沥青防腐层、煤焦油瓷漆防腐层、聚乙烯胶粘带防腐层、熔结环氧粉末防腐层、二层结构聚乙烯防腐层、三层结构聚烯烃防腐层等技术。各种防腐涂层根据生产使用的要求在材料和结构上都有新的发展 ,呈现改性和复合相结合的趋势。合理地选用防腐涂层应根据可靠性。 Application of external protective coating can prevent long-distance steel pipelines from corroding in their expected service life.Asphalt, coal tar enamel, fusion-bonded epoxy, polyethylene tape, 2-layer PE and 3-layer PE coatings may be used for corrosion control of underground pipelines.Material and structure of each coating are being improved to meet the requirements of application and compound coatings are popularly selected. Reasonable selection of coatings shall depend on reliability, construction techniques and costs.
