摘要
目的 :观察补髓生血颗粒对再障模型大鼠的血常规和网织红细胞的影响和作用。方法 :建立再生障碍性贫血的大鼠模型 ,观察补髓生血颗粒对其血常规和网织红细胞的影响。结果 :补髓生血颗粒能够明显升高模型大鼠的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白和网织红细胞 ,且优于再障生血片对照组。结论 :补髓生血颗粒能够提高再生障碍性贫血模型大鼠的外周血细胞数量 ,对再生障碍性贫血具有肯定的治疗作用。
Purpose:To observe the effects of“tonifying essence and producing blood powder'acting on the peripheral blood cells of rats models suffering from aplastie anemia.Method:To establish rats models suffering from aplastie anemia,and observe the effects of“tonifying essence and producing blood powder'aeting on the peripheral blood cells of models.Result:“Tonifying essence and producing blood powder'can improve and increase levkocytes,erythrocytes,hemoglobin and reticular red blood cells of rats models suffering from aplastie anemia significantly,prevailing over the comparison growps.Conclusion:“Tonifying essence and producing blood powder'can improve and increase the peripheral blood cells of rats models suffering from aplastic anemia.It also have active actions on treating aplastic anemia.
