摘要 1 ,5 二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶 /加氧酶 (Rubisco)是CO2 固定的关键酶 ,决定光合作用的净效率。近年来 ,研究人员在古细菌中发现了新类型的Rubisco。综述了近年来有关古细菌Rubisco的一些研究进展 ,包括Rubisco的结构、基因与功能、基本性质、酶的定点突变及其活化等。 Rubisco was a well-known and key enzyme that played an important role in CO 2 fixation in biosphere and determined net photosynthesis efficiency.Researches had found new form Rubiscos in archaeas.The article summarized recent advances including basic characters,structures,gene,function and site-specific mutation etc of the archaeal Rubisco.
