摘要
意识形态是影响国际关系的重要因素,它一方面影响各国对外政策的理念和基调,是判定国家根本利益得失的依据;另一方面又是推行对外政策的重要工具,而且也是国家利益的重要组成部分。只要阶级和不同制度的国家存在,意识形态就将长期占有一席之地。尽管冷战结束已有十余年,但冷战思维至今影响着国家间关系,一定程度上也对我国的发展产生了不利影响。正因为此,我们应对意识形态在国际关系中的作用有一个客观的认识,从而正确指导我国的对外政策。
Ideology is one of the most fundamental factors that influence international relations. On the one hand, it exerts a great influence on the conduct of various countries' foreign policies and serves as a good criterion for judging the gain and loss of a certain country's fundamental interests; on the other hand, it is greatly instrumental in carrying out foreign policies. As an essential part of national interests, ideology will last forever as long as class and states with disparate social systems exist in current world. Though the Cold War has ended for ten years, the Cold War mentality still afflicts international relations, and to some extent brings undesirable consequences to China's development. It is, therefore, necessary for us to have a clear and objective understanding of the role ideology plays in international relations before the establishment of the proper and effective foreign policies of our own.
