摘要
目的研究康复新液治疗难治性消化性溃疡的效果。方法80例符合纳入标准的难治性消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组。治疗组50例,口服康复新液10mL,每日3次;对照组30例,口服奥美拉唑20mg,每日2次;疗程为4周。于治疗前后进行临床症状疗效、胃镜下溃疡情况及治疗后1年溃疡病灶复发情况评价。结果应用康复新液和奥美拉唑治疗难治性消化性溃疡,均能明显改善患者的临床症状,治疗组痊愈率44.00%,总有效率为74.00%;对照组痊愈率为43.33%,总有效率为76.66%;两组治疗后各症状积分和总积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。胃镜下,治疗组溃疡病灶愈合率为84.00%,对照组溃疡病灶愈合率为76.67%,两组间愈合率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但治疗后1年两组溃疡病灶复发情况,治疗组复发率为38.10%,对照组复发率为60.87%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。该结果显示,两药均能明显改善难治性消化性溃疡患者的临床症状和促进溃疡的愈合,但康复新液有更好的预防溃疡复发作用。结论康复新液是治疗难性消化性溃疡的有效药物。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid on refractory peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty patients with refractory peptic ulcer were selected according to the diagnostic standard, and randomly divided into the study group (n = 50) and the control group (n =30). Patients in the study group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid orally, 30 mL per day, and patients in the control group were treated with Omeprazole, 40 mg per day. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results After therapy, symptoms score given according toseverity of main symptoms were significantly lowed in the study group and the control group separately (P < 0.01), And the symptom relief rate was 44.0% and the effective rate was 74.00% in the study group, so 43.33% and 76.66% in the control group. In gastroscope the healing rate of ulcerative focus was 84.00% in the study group, so 76.67% in the control group. A year later, the relapse rate of ulcer was 38.10% in the study group, so 60.87%in the control group. Their difference was obvious (P < 0.05). It indicated that Kangfuxin liquid and Omeprazole could improve the clinical symptoms if patients with refractory peptic ulcer and accelerate the healing of ulcer, but Kangfuxin liquid was more useful in preventing ulcerative relapse. Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid is useful medicine in treating refractory peptic ulcer. 〔
