熔融插层法制备聚丙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料 被引量:3

摘要 采用正交实验的方法,熔融插层制备出聚丙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,考察了影响纳米复合材料性能的因素,应用扫描电镜(SEM)观察材料的断口形貌.结果表明:各考察因素中,蒙脱土的质量分数对各性能指标影响明显,其值以1%为宜;加入相容剂改善了聚丙烯与蒙脱土的界面相容性,其值应高于20%;达到纳米级分散的蒙脱土可改善界面相互作用,从而改善复合材料的力学性能. Polypropylene(PP)/Montmorillonite (MMT) nanocomposites were prepared by melt intercalation method through orthogonal experiments. And the factors that affect the characters of the composites are studied. Among these factors, the contents of montmorillonite is the one which affects the character of the composites most, and it should be 1%. It is showed that the compatilizer can modify the interface properties between polypropylene and montmorillonite, with its contents being over 20%. The morphology characters of the result products were investigated by SEM. The SEM image indicates that the MMT layers which have reached nano-level in PP matrix can reinforce the interface interaction, so the mechanical property of the nanocomposites was mechanically upgraded.
