摘要
下肢静脉曲张在治疗方面,中、西药及毫针、艾灸收效甚微。目前国内、外通行的治法是大隐静脉高位结扎加分段剥离。近两年来,我们用磁圆梅针治疗下肢静脉曲张,疗效好,痛苦少,不留疤痕,无后遗症,患者乐于接受。本文介绍了用磁圆梅针治疗各种程度的下肢静脉曲张417例,治愈率为62.4％,显效率为27.8％,总有效率为90.2％。
This article will introduce 417 cases of legs varicosity wigh different degree being treated by Ciyuanmei needle. the cure rate approaches 62. 4% and the appearent efect rate can get 27. 8%. The whole effective rate can approcah 90. 2%. The mechanism is to improve blood circulation of legs and be advantageous to the back flow of blood from swallow vein to deep vein. This method not only brings forth new idea on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, but also makes high progress on treatment of legs varicosity.
