牛磺酸对垂体后叶素所致清醒无拘束大鼠心电图改变的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察静脉注射 (iv)垂体后叶素 (pituitrin ,pit)对清醒无拘束大鼠II导联心电图 (ECG)影响 ,及不同剂量牛磺酸 (taurine ,TAU)对该ECG改变的影响。方法 采用DSI心电血压遥测系统记录大鼠II导联ECG ,观察并计算出 pit后不同时间点ECGT波的变化。结果 ①Pit0 2 5~ 4 0U·kg-1iv剂量依赖性使大鼠ECGT波抬高 ,以药后 15s最为明显 ,为 pit前的 1 75~ 4 4 2倍 ;心率减慢以pit后 30s时最明显。②pit前 30min预先腹腔注射 (ip)TAU 10 0、2 0 0或 4 0 0mg·kg-1明显对抗 pit所致大鼠ECGT波抬高及心率减慢 ,使T波由NS +pit组的 (1 77± 0 17)mV分别降至(1 6 0± 0 13)mV (P <0 0 5 )、(0 93± 0 0 6 )mV (P <0 0 1)、(0 5 8± 0 0 7)mV (P <0 0 1) ;心率由NS +pit组的170 0± 30 9分别增加至 2 4 9 9± 30 9(P <0 0 1)、375 0±31 2 (P <0 0 1)、380 1± 4 8 9(P <0 0 1)。结论 ①Pitiv剂量依赖性引起清醒无拘束大鼠II导联ECGT波抬高及心率减慢。②TAUip对 pit所致的大鼠ECGT波抬高及心率减慢具有剂量依赖性抑制作用。 Aim To observe the effects of pituitrin ad- ministrated intravenously on electrocardiogram (ECG), and the effects of taurine on the ECG changes induced by pituitrin in conscious unrestrained rats. Methods ECG(leadⅡ)was recorded telemetrically and analyzed with Data Science International (DSI, USA); the changes of the ECG T wave and the heart rate at different times after the intravenous(iv) injection of pituitrin with or without intraperitoneal (ip) pre-administration of taurine were observed and calculated. Results ① Pituitrin 0.25~4.0 U·kg -1 dose-dependently elevated the ECG T wave; the T wave values were increased 0.75~3.42 times over the values before pituitrin, and the maximal effect appeared at 15 s after the injection. ② TAU 100, 200 or 400 mg·kg -1,injected intraperitoneally 30 min before the pituitrin, inhibited the T wave elevation and heart rate decrease induced by intravenous injection of pituitrin; compared with NS+pituitrin group, T wave elevation(mV) was decreased from 1.77±0.165 to 1.60±0.13(P<0.05), 0.93±0.06(P<0.01),0.58±0.07(P<0.01) and heart rate(beats/min) were increased from 170 ± 30.9 to 249.9 ± 30.9(P<0.01),375.0±31.2(P<0.01),380.1±48.9(P <0.01) respectively.Conclusion Intravenous administration of pituitrin dose-dependently elevated T wave of Lead Ⅱ ECG; taurine, injected intraperitoneally, inhibited the T wave elevation and the heart rate decrease in conscious unrestrained rats.
