摘要 作者在深入研究电控燃油喷射系统的原理之后,根据其喷油量控制理论的特点,提出一种新的百公里油耗随车测量的新方法。该方法直接利用电子控制单元发出的喷油脉冲,结合具体喷油器的特性来求得喷油量。由于不用改装电喷汽车发动机的油路,并用AVR单片机系统代替传统的机械系统,因而操作简单,得到信号及时准确,也降低了测量成本,可以满足电喷汽车随车测量百公里油耗的实际需求。 Based on a thorough study of the principles of EFI system and the features of its injection control theory, the author puts forward a new approach to measuring the one-hundred-kilometer fuel consumption of EFI vehicle on the move. It directly makes use of injecting pulse out of ECU, taking into account the property of specific injector and gets injection amount. Owing to elimination of refitting the oil pipes of EFI engines, and Adoption of AVR MCU in place of traditional mechanical system, the new approach can be operated in an easy way, and can receive signals in time and with precision. At the same time, it reduces measuring costs and meets the needs of measuring the one-hundred-kilometer fuel consumption .
