摘要
执法的最终目的,是将法律的内涵予以全面、正确地落实。执法活动的好坏,不仅关系着公民权利的实现与否,直接影响着国家民主和法制建设的进程,而且也影响着国家在整个法治世界中的声誉。目前我国执法活动中此起彼伏的各种侵权行为,已经成了依法治国的难言之隐。面对一个又一个的“法律悲剧”,我们要做的,除了认真反思,就是应该有所行动,否则,法律的公信力将会丧失殆尽,随之而来的将是公众对政府、对国家的信任危机。
The uitimate aim of law enforcement is to carry out laws intentions completely and correctly.The effects of the enforcement not only concerns the performance of citizens'rights and the process of the democracy and legality in the country,but also affect the country's fame in the whole legality world.By analysing the damages to construction in our legal system, this article gives serious considerations to the present situations of law enforcement in our country and puts forward some necessary measures in order to devote great efforts to consrtuction in our legal system.
