摘要 研制储层敏感性预测专家系统的目的是开发出对储层敏感性进行预测的软件系统。它的主要工作包括:储层损害原理和预防措施的整理,储层敏感性试验数据的收集,专家经验知识的整理,储层敏感性预测数学模型的建立,专家系统知识库的建立,专家系统推理机的开发。根据试验数据,采用多元统计方法建立各种敏感性数学预测模型,研制出储层敏感性预测专家系统。该专家系统是对钻井、完井、射孔、注水、采油、酸化、压裂等生产环节中造成的损害进行诊断、预测,并根据相应的油水井情况提出相应的措施和建议。该系统根据容易取得的储层特性资料快速预测储层敏感性,可在很短的时间内确定出储层的速敏、水敏、盐酸敏、土酸敏、碱敏、水锁、应力敏感、液态聚集8种储层敏感性程度,并对微粒运移、水敏、酸敏进行敏感性类型诊断,从而给出恰当的结论和建议。 The expert system, i. e. , a software program is developed to cover the following main steps: sorting of formation damage mechanisms and prediction measures, collecting of formation sensitivity testing data, building of expert knowledge and experience database, establishing of the mathematical model database, and developing of the expert inference modular. Multivariate statistics is used to establish various prediction models on sensitivity, based on the testing data. This expert system diagnosis and predict the damages caused during drilling, completion, perforation, injection, production, acidizing and fracturing, and present the corresponding measures and suggestion. It can conduct fast prediction on formation sensitivities based on easy available formation information, and determine the degrees of eight kinds of formation sensitivities on velocity, water, hydrochloric acid, mud acid, alkali, water locking, stress, and fluid accumulation. Based on the sensitivity types diagnosis on fine migration, water sensitivity and acid sensitivity, suitable recommendations will be presented.
