牙哈凝析气田屏蔽暂堵盐水压井液研究及应用

摘要 针对牙哈凝析气田储层特性,研究出了适合牙哈凝析气田的保护油气层屏蔽暂堵盐水压井液配方。该压井液具有抗温达135℃、抑制性强、缓蚀性能好的特点,还具有较好的保护油气层性能和防漏作用,渗透率恢复值可以达到89.29%。该压井液经在9口井现场应用表明,由于采用了屏蔽暂堵盐水压井液技术和适当的密度,9口井均没有进行酸化、压裂作业,一次替喷成功;从放喷情况看,其中8口井单井产量普遍达到和超过了配产要求,实际产油比配产要求平均提高30.66%,实际产气比配产要求平均提高30.29%。牙哈油田保护油气层无固相盐水压井液不仅解决了原来压井施工中存在的漏失问题,而且有效保护了油气层。 In accordance with the reservoir characteristics of Yaha condensate gas field, a shield temporary plugging killing fluid of saltwater is developed for reservoir protection in this area. The temperature tolerance of this well reaches up to 135 癈 , and it has strong shale and corrosion inhibition, better formation protection and lost circulation control, and its permeability recovery is about 89. 29%. This killing fluid has been applied in nine wells, and all the nine wells omitted the acidizing and fracturing operations, and the flush production of eight wells all reached and surpassed the proration requirements; the actual oil production is 30. 66% higher and the gas production is 30. 29% higher.
