摘要
用激光热解法制备了非晶态Fe/C超微粉,经有机溶剂洗涤及高温处理获得了碳化铁催化剂。用XRD、TEM及电子衍射测试结果表明,其粒度大都在1~4nm之间,为多晶态的α-Fe、Fe_3C。经测试表明,在常压下反应温度为380℃时,碳化铁超微粒子催化剂具有较高的活性和对低碳烯烃的高选择性。通过测试催化剂在使用过程中的物相变化,进一步证明了F-T合成催化活性物种为α-Fe、Fe_xC_y的碳化物机理。
Ultrafine particle iron- carbide catalyst for F- T synthesis was prepared from highly dispersed amorphous Fe powder and free carbon obtained by laser pyrolysis. The catalysts prepared under different experimental conditions were characterazed by means of XRD, electronic diffraction and TEM. The crystlline graing were in a size range of 1~4nm and composed of Fe_3C and α- Fe. It has been found that the ultrafine particle iron -carbide catalyst exhibited high activity and selectivity to light olefins. Under atmospheric pressure and at 380℃, the conversion of CO was 75%. The bulk phase change of the catalyst in the course of reaction followed by XRD. Which provids a proof that α - Fe and Fe_xC_y are the catalytically active components.
