摘要
在管式活塞流反应器上进行了甲醇在HZSM-5上缩合制二甲醚反应稳态动力学研究,获得了该反应是由双吸附甲醇分子或吸附甲醇分子与气相甲醇分子进行表面反应为控制步骤的动力学模型及其参数。
Kinetics of methanol dehydration to dimethylether on HZSM - 5 zeolite in a plug flow reactor has been studied. The kinetic data were taken under steady state in the temperature range of 160~190℃. A reaction model was established, in which the surface reaction between two adsorbed methanol molecules [k(P_A^2- P_wP_E/K_P)/(1-k_1P_A=k_2Pw)~z] or between one adsorbed and one gaseous methanol molecule [k (P_A^2 - P_wP_E/K_P) / ( 1 + K_1P_A +K_2P_w)] being the rate determinig step. The kinetic parameters have been evaluated.
