摘要
运用市场营销学理论,从市场需求的角度,以社会体育发展为背景,对影响我国高校社会体育专业毕业生就业市场形成的诸因素进行了分析,认为我国现阶段人们的生活消费水平较低、人们的体育健身观念较薄弱、社会体育发展的政策、法规不够健全等因素极大地制约了社会体育专门人才的市场需求.在此基础上,提出了若干建设性策略,使人们对体育专门人才的无需求和潜在需求能最大化地变成有效的市场需求.
Using theory of market-selling ,the auther analysed various factors that affected obtaining employment of graduates with specialty of social physical education in our college from the angle of market requirement and background for development of social physical education. Our peoples low living consumption level and conception of health at present phase, the policy and rule of law of social physical education restricted market requirement of people specialty of social physical education. Based on this, the author brought forward some proposals concerning market requirement.
