摘要
对海水养殖尼罗罗非鱼Oreochromis niloticus尾鳍腐烂病(烂尾病)病原菌的形态、生理生化特性进行了研究。经鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌无气亚种Aeromonas hydrophila subsp.anaero-genes Schubert.菌体细胞为直杆,单个,以单极鞭毛运动,革兰氏染色阴性。患病鱼行动迟缓,常浮在水面上游动,鱼体变黑至死亡。
Caudal fin rot disease caused by Aeromonas hydrophila is a serious epidemic for tilapia (Oreochromi niloticus) in mariculture with a mortality rate of 80-100%. The epidemic occurred in mariculture ponds of Daya Bay Station of South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Academia Sinica, in June-August 1986.The main symptoms of the diseased fish are slow movement and rotted caudal fins. They swim near the water surface and have poor appetite or even reject to eat.This paper has made a research report on the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics of the isolated bacteria. The pathogenic bacteria has gram-negative, single rods, monotrichous flagellation in liquid medium, positve in Voges-Proskauer L-Arabinose utilization, inositol was not broken, all strains were non-sensitive to vi'bristatic agent O/129. The pathogenic bacteria were identified as Aeromonas hydrophila subsp. anaerogenes Schubert.
