摘要 利港电厂二期3号、4号机组投产后热耗偏高,3号机热力性能考核试验表明:高压缸至中压缸漏汽量较设计值偏大,大修发现大部分汽轴封间隙偏大。通过调研后,在4号机大修期间对高中压缸部分汽轴封进行了布莱登汽封技术改造。运行结果表明:布莱登汽封安全可行,改造后汽封间隙减小,热耗下降,提高了机组效益。 The No. 3 and No. 4 power sets commissioned during the second construction phase of Ligang Power Plant were found to have higher heat consumption than that originally designed. Acceptance tests of set No.3 showed that the steam leakage between the high and the medium pressure casing was larger than given by design caused by excessive clearance existing in most shaft glands as discovered in a later overhaul. In an overhaul of set No.4, Blend glands were used to replace those originally used in the high and the medium pressure parts. With Blend technology, the gland clearances were reduced, heat consumption rate lowered and the set's efficiency improved. This showed the technology to be safe and reliable. Table 1 and refs 3.
