摘要
研究了旋转电极对于电容层析成像效果的影响。将几种典型的气-固两相流型静态分布在这两种传感器中的成像结果进行了比较。表明电极旋转后的成像效果优于没有旋转电极的传感器布置方式。将电容层析技术应用于流化床底部的物质分布的在线测量研究,比较了在不同风速下的流化床实验段内的气、固两相物质分布。为进一步研究流化床内的流动状况具有重要参考价值。
Effects of electric capacitance tomography (ECT) sensors with rotating electrodes on image formation are studied. ECT sensors with rotational electrodes and the conventiol ECT sensors without rotational electodes were used respectively to simulate some typical gas-solid two-phase flow patterns,and the imaging results compared, which show that the images of the former are better than those of the latter. The ECT system was moreover applied to on-line measurement of the spatial distribution of solids in fluidized beds for studying purposes. The influence of air velocity upon gas/solid distribution in fluidized bed is compared and analyzed. The prospects of using ECT systems for on-line measurement and control of fluidized beds are promising.
