摘要
用旋转圆柱体法研究了含Al_2O_3和CaF_2炉外精炼渣在镁白云石耐火材料中的等温渗透。炉渣渗入量随渣中Al_2O_3含量增加而增加;随渣中CaF_2含量增加而降低,随砖中MgO含量增加而增加;镁白云石耐火材料中,炉外精炼渣渗透可用L=F/η^(1/2)·[CaO]^(-3)来预测其规律。
The isotherm penetration of Al_2O_3 and CaF_2 containing secondary refining slags into magnesia-dolomite refractories was investigated with the revolving cylindrical method purposed by the authors. It is found that the penetration of the slags increases with Al_2O_3 content and reduces with that of CaF_2, and increases with MgO content in refractory. It is pointed out that the penetration can be predicted by a formula L=(F/η)^(1/2)·[CaO]^(-3).
