摘要
根据680mm叶片损坏情况及损坏特征,对叶片的共振损坏、硬物打击、动静碰摩、水击损伤及自激振动等进行了讨论。并根据叶片损坏前机组的运行情况,认为680mm叶片损坏在很大程度上可能是由于汽轮机外部进水水击损伤造成的。
Based on damage condition and features of the 680mm blade, this paper discusses the sympathetic vibration damage and striks by hard materials on turbine blade. It also discusses the friction between static elements and rotating blades, impact erosion and seff-excited vibration of the blade. By analysing the operation of the damaged turbine units, the result shows that the damage of 680mm blade is greatly due to the impact erosion of entering vvater of turbine units.
