摘要
磷铵肥法是直接副产氮磷复合肥料的烟气脱硫方法。在模拟试验基础上建成5000m^3(标)/h中试工程,并通过2000h考核运行,达到脱硫率>95%、磷矿分解率>90%、复肥有效养份(N+P_2O_5)>35%的指标,已具备了实现工业生产的技术条件。基础设计表明:处理45×10~4m^3(标)/h(即100MW容量锅炉)的高浓度SO_2(2500μL/L)的烟气,可年产2.7万吨复合肥料,且不影响电厂经济性。
A new FGD process can by-product directly ammonium phophate compond fertilizer is presented. Based on simutation test, a pilot plant of 5 000Nm^3/h has been built and pased throngh test operation of 2 000 hours. with >95% SO_2 removal, 90% phophate rock decomposition and 35% content of N-P_2O_5 in fertilizer, this process has already met the technical requirements of commercial use. It is indicated by the basic design of a 450 000 Nm^3/h plant for 100MW boiler with SO_2 concentratio of 2500 ppm in flue gas that about 27 000 tons of compond fertilizer can be yearly produced directly from the desulfurization process without any financial burden to power utilities.
