K80—HQ4叶型设计及气动特性分析

摘要 本文介绍了新设计的适用于汽轮机中压缸的宽静叶K80—HQ4,并采用时间相关法解守恒型欧拉方程组,对此叶型的绕流特性进行了分析,计算表明,该叶型气动特性良好,可用于国产200MW汽轮机中压缸13~15级隔板的改进设计。 A newly designed nozzle profile of K80-HQ4, which is appropriate for IP steam turbines, is described in this paper. To evaluate the aerodynamic performance of the profile, the Time-March Method has been employed to solve the Euler conservation equations. Results that this profile has a good performance and can be applied to domestic 200MW steam turbines in their 13th~15th stage diaphragmes retrofitting.
