摘要
在紊流气相介质中,对圆型和矩型的管内螺旋线圈的传热和流阻进行试验研究。试验采集的数据,按结构形状的区别,采用多元回归分析进行处理,得到一组传热关联公式。本研究已用于电站锅炉的空气预热器,和原型参数比较,降低排烟温度12~20℃,提高热风温度15~25℃,改善了炉内燃烧工况,提高锅炉的热效率。
This paper deals with an experimental study on tube side heat transfer and friction factor of in-tube spiral coils for the case of turbulent gas phase media, All experimental data have been processed by use of a multiple regression analysis method with a set of heat transfer correlation formulas being obtained. The above study results have already been applied to the air preheaters of some power station boilers, As compared with prototype parameters, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced by 12~20℃ while the hot air temperature increased by15~25℃. This has led to an improvement of combustion conditions in the boiler furnace, resulting in an enhancement of the boiler thermal efficiency.
