摘要
本文研究引上法 Nd∶YAG 晶体形貌和晶体生长机理。曲柱面和曲锥面是晶体形貌和强制体系相互作用,或晶体生长和熔化相互作用所产生的特殊形貌现象。给出了引上法晶体和晶体形貌形成的亚微观层模型。亚微观层是在固液生长表面上生成的具有相对独立性、半自形特征的结晶层。层的生长和层的形貌可用自由体系的理论处理。晶体和晶体的宏观形貌分别由亚微观层和亚微观层的侧面形貌叠加构成。
The morphology and growth mechanics of Nd:YAG by Czochroski technique arestudied in this paper.The curved column surface and curved pyramid surface produce by in-teraction between the morphology of crystal and the forced system of crystal growth or be-tween crystal growth and the crystal melting are special morphology of the crystal byCzochroski technique.A model of submicroscopic layer of crystallization (SLC) for crystalgrowth and crystal morphology is given out.The SLC in a layer grown on the solid-liquidinterface with independence and semi-own shape.The crystal growth and the characteriza-tion of the SLC may be treated with the theory of the free-system of the crystal growth.When the SLC is oversteped the solid-liquid-gas boundry,the crystal growth and the interac-tion between crystal growth and crystal melting all are finished.The crystal is formed bypile up the SLCs and the morphology of crystal is constructed by pile up the side morphologyof the SLCs.
