摘要
用钨酸盐作助熔剂生长出优质的磷酸钛氧钾(KTP)晶体,晶体尺寸为30×23×20mm。对晶体的形貌、表面特征、缺陷、所含杂质及粉末衍射作了研究。测量了透过率、红外光谱及倍频效应。晶体在340~4800nm 波段内透过率大于80%。在调 Q 的 Nd∶YAG 脉冲激光器上测得器件的倍频转换效率大于40%。
Growth of KTiOPO_4 crystals with 30×23×20mm in size and high qualitiesfrom tungstate fluxes were reported.The morphology,surface topography,defects,contain-ing impurity and powder diffraction of the crystals were reported.The transmission,infraredspectrum and SHG effect were measured.The transmittance of crystal between 340~4800nm was larger than 80%.The SHG conversion efficiency of the specimen was largerthan 40% in the Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.
