摘要
为提高达克罗涂层的性能,在制备达克罗涂液时,对金属粉进行混合工艺处理。介绍了金属粉混合处理工艺,研究了混粉处理前后粉末性能指标以及所得达克罗涂层的性能。结果表明,混合处理后的粉末,颜色呈现均匀的银灰色,粉体的松装密度降低,比表面积增大,2种粉的漂浮值趋于一致。粉末易润湿分散,水面遮盖力提高到6000cm2/g。混合处理后的粉末配制的达克罗涂液易分散,搅拌时间短、抗降沉性好、遮盖力强。达克罗涂层耐盐雾腐蚀时间延长,抗腐蚀性能显著提高。
To improve properties of dacromet coatings, a mixture process of metal powders was adopted in the preparation of dacromet solutions. The mixture process of metal powders was introduced, and the properties of metal powders with and without treatment of mixture process, as well as the obtained dacromet coating, were studied. Metal powders after mixture treatment are silver grey. The bulk density of the mixed powders decreases and the ratio of surface area increases. The floating values of zinc and aluminum powders tend to be the same. The water covering capacity of the mixed powders is raised to (6?000) cm^2/g. Dacromet coating solutions prepared with mixed metal powders are easy to be dispersed with short-time agitation and have good anti-settlement and covering force. The obtained dacromet coatings can endure far more hours than those without mixture process in salt spray test and their corrosion resistances are improved considerably.
