New developments of anodization for aluminum and its alloys

摘要  概述了国内外近几年铝及其合金的阳极化处理最新研究成果。从电解液组分、电流波形和电流密度等角度讨论了各种工艺条件和参数对氧化膜性质和结构的影响。概述了氧化膜在功能化方面的理论和应用研究,并简要介绍了铝及其合金微等离子体氧化技术和电化学沉积陶瓷技术的研究进展。 The latest research achievements of anodization for aluminum and its alloys were reviewed. The influences of various process conditions and parameters, such as electrolyte composition, current waveform and current density etc., on the characterization and structure of the anodizing films were investigated. The research on the mechanism and application of the anodic oxidation films was discussed. The research developments of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) and electrochemical deposition of ceramic film (EDFC) for aluminum and its alloys were also briefly described.
