摘要
采用混酸、超声波消解法进行奶粉样品处理,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其锌的含量,测定结果准确可靠,省时、省力、经济、环保,避免了传统的灰化法或消化法处理奶粉样品的繁琐操作及对环境所造成的污染。
Milk powder sample was digested with mixed acids and supersonic wave,and zinc concentration in the digested sample was measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The result showed that by using this method of digestion accurate result was obtained with high reliability,low cost,less time consuming and less waste discharging comparing with the conventional digestion methods,such as dry-ashing and wet-digestion.
