摘要
渣池深度是电渣熔铸过程中重要的工艺参数之一,它直接影响到熔铸过程的稳定和产品质量。而自耗电极与渣池的接触界面是整个熔铸系统能量的入口,其形貌对熔铸过程的分析和研究非常重要。本文在试验的基础上对不同渣池深度条件下自耗电极的熔化过程进行了模拟研究,获得了不同渣池深度情况下自耗电极末端的形状,为实际生产中优化工艺参数和提高生产效率提供了重要依据。 .
The deepness of slag pool is one of the most important technics parameters in the electroslag casting process, which affects stabilization of the process and product's quality. The interface of the electrode and slag is the energy's entrance of the whole electroslag casting system and its shape is very important to the analysis and study of the casting process. In this paper, based on the test, the self-consumable electrode's melting process has been studied under different slag pool deepness.The self-consumable electrode's end shape has been gained under different slag pool deepness. We can gain some meaningful experience to optimize the technological parameters and improve produce efficiency of electroslag casting.
