摘要
介绍了控制系统总体结构,PID脉宽调功的温度控制方法以及上位机与PLC数据通讯实现方法。
A control system for melting and holding furnace for magnesium based on the PLC is introduced.Based on the analysis of technology requirements, system structure of control system is introduced, and temperature control method with pulse width modulation with PID algorithm is described, and data communication method between PC application and PLC is also simply introduced. In service, the system shows a good performance.
