摘要
小浪底水库具有126.5亿m^3库容,除41亿m^3库容供防洪、防凌和重复兴利运用外,剩余的库容进行拦沙和调水调沙运用。根据小浪底水库的开发任务,本文分析了水库减淤运用方式的形成条件,研究了减淤运用方式,提出了切实可行的调度运用措施。在各种来水来沙组合下,不考虑非汛期人造洪峰,水库50年内平均减淤效益相当于下游河道20年不淤。减淤作用主要在前20年,以后水库长期运用,调水调沙,继续为下游河道减淤。
The total storage capacity of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir is 126.5×10~8m^3, among which, 41×10~8m^3 is for flood control, ice-run control and benefits repeating, and the rest capacity is for retaining sediment and water and sediment regulation. According to the development objective of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir, the pa per analysis the formation reservoir, studies the operational mode of sediment reduction puts forward feasible measures for regulation and operation. With various combinations of oncoming water and sediment, with no consideration of artificial floods made in non-flood season, the average benefits of sediment reduction in 50 years are equal to no siltation in the lower river course in 20 years. The role of sediment reduction is played mainly in the first 20 years, then the reservoir is in long-term operation, regulating water and sediment and reducing sediment of the lower channel continuously.
