摘要
研究了膦亚胺 4与芳基异氰酸酯、取代酚的连续aza Wittig和关环反应合成新的 1 苯基 1,5 二氢 3 甲硫 (砜 )基 5 芳基 6 (4 乙氧羰基甲氧苯氧基 ) -吡唑并 [3 ,4 d]嘧啶 4 酮类化合物的新方法 ,其产物结构经元素分析 ,1HNMR ,EI MS和IR确证 .初步生物活性表明该类化合物对单子叶和双子叶杂草的根具有很好的抑制作用 .
The 1-phenyl-1,5-dihydro-3-methylthio(methylsulfonyl)-5-aryl-6-(4-ethyloxycarbonylmethoxyphenyloxy)-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ones (6 and 7) have been synthesized by a novel tandem aza-Wittig and annulation reactions of iminophosphorance 4 with aromatic isocyanate and substituted phenols. The structures of all new compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, 1H NMR, IR and MS spectroscopies. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that compounds 6 and 7 possess high herbicidal activity against the root of rape and barnyard grass.
