摘要
以聚醚和TDI为主要原料 ,以DMPA为亲水单体 ,采用阴离子自乳化法合成了一系列水性端羟基聚氨酯 ,通过粘度、吸水率、溶出率及力学性能的测试 ,研究了R (NCO/OH )、DMPA含量、TEA用量及温度等对乳液性能的影响。结果表明 :DMPA用量以 6 %~ 8%为宜 ,控制TEA/DMPA在 0 75~0 80 ,乳液 pH值在 6 5~ 7 5 ,乳液固含量在 2 0 %~ 30 % ,乳液具有良好的综合性能 ,适宜于涂布、复合用胶粘剂。
A series of aqueous polyurethanes were synthesized by negative-ion self-emulsification method with polyether, TDI ( main raw material) and DMPA ( affinity monomer). The effects on polyurethane emulsion properties with R-value ( the mol ratio of NCO/OH ), DMPA content, TEA content and synthesizing temperature were studied, by testing viscosity, water-absorbed ratio, water-dissolved ratio and mechanical properties of the film. Results showed that good properties of polyurethane emulsion were gotten with the condition of DMPA content 6%~8%, the ratio of TEA/DMPA 0.75~0.8, pH value 6.5~7.5, while the solid content of polyurethane emulsion was 20%~30%, The PU emulsion was good for adhesive.
