摘要
利用神经网络技术建立了电火花成形加工模型,实验表明该神经网络模型充分地反映出该机床的加工特性。在此模型的基础上,仿真研究了峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔等主要加工参数与加工速度和表面粗糙度之间的关系,得到了与实际生产情况相符的自适应电火花成形机加工工艺规律。
This paper presents an attempt at modeling the EDM process through artificial neural networks(ANN).Verification experiments have been carried out to check the validity of the developed models.According to ANN mode.many simulation experiments of EDM processing have been made to release the relation between electrical parameters and processing chararcter.
