摘要
根据板坯连铸机结晶器的振动规律 ,设计并实现了结晶器振动参数在线辨识及其计算软件。实际运行表明 :该软件操作简单 ,运行稳定 ,在不同拉速工况下均可精确、快速地对结晶器的振动状态检测、计算、显示、报警和存储。为进一步提高板坯连铸机的拉坯质量和产量 ,判断传动系统磨损。
According to the vibration regularity of slab caster mold,the software of on line detecting and calculating parameters for the crystal mold vibration is designed and realized.The real application in the slab caster mold shows that the software works effectively and operates steadily.It can detect,calculate,show and store the parameters exactly and quickly in different working speed of the slab caster.It also can give the theory source for improving the qualities and productions of slab caster, judging drive system abrasion and leading system faulting.
