摘要
本文提出一个利用伸缩杆驱动的六棱柱展开单元 ,该单元可动机构较少 ,展开可靠度高 ,结构刚度好 ,且具有广泛的几何适应性。利用伸缩六棱柱单元 ,文中设计了一大型构架式切割抛物面天线 ,并简要介绍了天线的可动构件的细部设计。该天线的型面精度较高 ,质量轻 ,造价低。最后 ,对天线模型作了频率响应和瞬态动力响应分析。
A deployable hexapod truss, drived by the tension spring, is developed for space application in this paper. The most significant feature is no mechanism to be locked when the structure is deployed. Its packaging efficiency and stiffness are shown to be good too. A large paraboloid truss antenna is designed using the deployable hexapod truss and the details of movable members are introduced. The antenna has light mass and high precision. Finally it is shown that the stiffness of the antenna is high by structural analysis.
