摘要
在压电石英晶体金电极表面形成流基丙酸(MPA)单分子膜,经NHS和EDC活化后固定血吸虫抗原(SjAg),研制成血吸虫抗体(SjAb)压电免疫传感器.研究测定了抗原价数及免疫反应平衡常数Kass,结果令人满意.
A Piezoelectric immunosensor has ben developed for the determination of SchistlksomaJaponicum antibody (S jAb). The crysha are AT - cut and have basic resoan heency of 9MHz. Immobilization of the SjAg to the crystal's surface was accomglished via a NHA - EDC - activatedcopolymer coating of 3 - Mercaptopropionic acid (MPA). The valent value of SjAg binding with SjAnand the affinity constan of immunoreaction in this experimental system were studied. The analfocal re-sults given by this approarh trere satisfactory- Afer washing tvith Piranha solution, a crystal can be re-used two hundred times without detectable loss of sensitivity
