摘要
运用多种手段对高温过热器管进行了失效分析 ,诸项检测中没有发现碱脆的直接证据 ,冶金缺陷及残余应力是造成其高温过热器管早期泄漏失效的主要原因。
There isn't enough evidence to prove the superheater pipe was brittled by alkalization. The dominating causation of leak failure is the metallurgical defects and the remainder stress in the superheater pipe.
