膜集成技术提取甘露醇的工业化运转报告 被引量:4

摘要 本文报告了采用膜集成技术改造传统海藻工业提取甘露醇的工艺流程、运行参数、运行管理方面的经验,包括控制细菌污染、膜的清洗和性能复苏方面的措施极其工业化运行结果。长达10个月的连续工业化生产表明,该膜集成工艺系统运行稳妥可靠。系统处理海带浸泡水能力为30m^3/h,甘露醇浓度由1.3%-1.4%,浓缩到4.2%-4.3%。新工艺较原工艺节省蒸汽65%,节能效果明显,同时节约用水60%,提高产品得率1%,降低蒸发器维修费用50%,每生产1吨甘露醇较传统工艺降低生产成本2000元以上。设备投资回收期低于三年。同时工人的劳动强度和生产环境也得到了改善。经济效益和环境效益显著。 An integrated membrane processes including ED, UFand R0 for mannitol production of industrial scal for Laminaria japonica extraction solution with capacity of 20m^3/h is introduced in this paper. A desig of the process, optimization of the process operation parameters, fouling and clearing of membranes, and economic benefits of the process were analysed. The results showed that integrated membrane processes was reliable and stable as long as 8,000 hours' running and in comparison with the traditional processes;the economy of integrated membrane process was considerably improved, the production cost of the mannitol was reduced by 1.5yuan/kg, moreover, the intensity of labor and production environments were improved obviously.
