摘要
大花葵(MalvasylvestrisL.var.mauntianamiller)为锦葵科锦葵属一年生草本植物,结花量大,花中含有大量的花色苷,花色苷由花青素与糖及糖苷键结合而成的一类化合物,作为一种重要的天然色素资源,可广泛应用于食品、制药、化妆品等行业。采用纤维素酶法提取大花葵中的花色苷,经正交试验确定了酶提法的最佳工艺参数,温度为33℃,pH值为6.8,固液比为1∶4,酶用量为8.0kg/g,酶解时间120min。发现酶提法与超声波提取法联用,花色苷提取率比单独酶提法高6.0%。
Malva sylvestris L.var.mauntiana miller is an annual herbaceous plant,belonging to Malvaceae genus of Malvaceae.It blossoms vigorously.There is plenty of anthocyanin in flowers.As an important resource of natural pigment,anthocyanin was applied widely in the field of food,medicine and cosmetic.Anthocynin in Malva sylvestris L.var.mauntiana miller was extracted by celulose enzyme.The optmum technological parameter was determined through the orthogonal tests,temperature 33℃,pH(6.8),[S]/[L]1:2,amount of cellulose (8.0)μg/g,digestion time 120min.In addition,anthocyanin will be yielded by the coalition method of enzyme-extraction and ultrasonic-extraction(6.0%)more than by single one method
