摘要
对太行菊生长期间茎顶芽和带腋芽的茎段进行组培试验。结果表明,对外殖体应用0.1%的HgCl2进行表面灭菌,5min处理茎顶芽和8min处理茎段的死亡率和感染率较低。外殖体组织分化有直接生成愈伤组织、小植株体,愈伤组织和不定芽同时生成三种形式。
The tissues cultures on stem apex bud and stem section with axillary bud of Taihang Chrysanthemum were studied. The results showed that the explants of Chrysanthemum treated by 0.1%HgCl2 in 5min (stem apex buds) and in 8min (steam section) could obtained low rate of dead and infection. The tissue disintegration of the explant could have the three forms that were, callus and plantlet growing directly and callus and adventitious buds growing at the same time. Tube Seedling is very good in take root.
