摘要
本文在对法国产SIRUS—400型采煤机主泵配油盘的磨损失效分析的基础上,合理选择配油盘基材和表面强化工艺,用实际的配油盘进行了有污染物的污染磨损台架试验。试验结果表明:在配油盘上沉积TiN膜是可行的;高速钢W_(18)Cr_4V是一种理想的沉积TiN膜的基材。最后,就TiN膜的沉积工艺提出了一些建议。
On the basis of analysing the damaged valve plate of main pump ofthe SIRUS-400 Model shearer made in France, and selecting reasonably materialsand surfacestrengthening methods of valve plate, pump's function tests in thepresence of contaminant were performed with actual valve plate. The test resu-Its show that it is feasible to coat TiN film on the valve plate, and the high-speed steel W_(18) Cr_4 V is a better base material for coating with TiN film. Atlast, some suggestions on TiN coating technology will be offeerd.
