摘要
目的 :研究血透对cTnT和cTnI测定的影响。方法 :采用酶法检测了 5 0例肾衰患者血透前后的cTnT和cTnI的值。结果 :血透使cTnT(P <0 .0 0 1)和cTnI(P <0 .0 0 1)降低。结论 :血透改变了血清中cTnT和cTnI的浓度。由于血透对cTnT和cTnI的影响 。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hemodialysis on the concentration of cTnT and cTnI.Methods:We studied 50 patients with renal failure and examined the concentration of cTnT and cTnI in serum before and after dialysis. We adopted the Enxymum troponin T assay on an ES300 analyzer.Results:Hemodialysis decreases cTnT(P<0.001)and cTnI(P<0.001). Conclusions:Hemodialysis alters measured cTnT and cTnI concentration in serum.Because of the effect of the dialysis on troponin value, We recommend that blood be collected before dialysis.
