摘要
直链烷基苯磺酸钠是常用的阴离子洗涤剂的主要成分,它对人体有害,因而生活饮用水中阴离子洗涤剂不得超过0.3mg/L。常用亚甲兰光度法和液相色谱法等测定其含量。本文以乙基紫(EV)与十二烷基苯磺酸根(DBS-)形成离子对化合物,苯萃取富集,浓盐酸破坏离子对化合物后,乙基紫进入水相,蒸去苯后用甲醇定容,反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定。方法简便、灵敏。用于测定自来水中10-9数量级的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的含量,结果令人满意。 实验部分 (一)仪器 美国Tracor 970A型液相色谱仪和UV检测器,美国SP4100计算积分仪。
A method for the analysis of trace amounts of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in tap water is described. Water sample was mixed with ethylviolet to form an ion-paired compound- After extraction withbenzene and then evaporation the reconstituted residue was determined by RP-HPLC using an analytical column (250 × 4. 6mm i. d. , 10uuum) packed with YWG-CH,a UV detector at 221nm and methanol as the mobile phase- The regression equation obtained was Y = 3. 65 + 524. 83 X .The recovery was 98. 2%. The results from the analysis of tap water samples were satisfactory.
