氯沙坦与吲达帕胺对老年高血压血尿酸及β_2-微球蛋白的影响 被引量:5

Effect of losartan and indapamide on uric acid and β_2- microglobulin in senile hypertensive patients.

摘要 目的 探讨氯沙坦和吲达帕胺对老年高血压患者的血压、血尿酸及血与尿 β2 微球蛋白(β2 MG)的影响。方法 老年高血压患者 6 6例 ,随机分为氯沙坦组和吲达帕胺组 ,每组 33例 ,分别服用氯沙坦及吲达帕胺 ,于治疗前、后分别测量坐位血压以及血尿酸与 β2 MG水平的变化。结果 两组治疗后收缩压及舒张压均较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;吲达帕胺组治疗前后比较 ,血尿酸浓度明显升高(P <0 .0 1) ,血及尿 β2 MG浓度无明显变化 ;氯沙坦组治疗前后比较 :血尿酸及血、尿 β2 MG均明显下降 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 氯沙坦和吲达帕胺均能有效控制老年高血压患者的血压 ,而氯沙坦既能改善老年高血压患者的代谢紊乱 ,又能起到保护肾脏的作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of losartan and indapamide on blood pressure,uric acid and β 2 microglobulin(β 2 MG) in senile hypertensive patients.Methods 66 cases of senile hypertensive patients were randomly divided into losartan group and indapamide group(n=33,each group),who were given losartan and indapamide,respectivley.The sitting blood pressure(SiBP),uric acid and β 2 MG were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) decreased significantly in two groups(P<0.001).The level of serum uric acid significantly elevated in indapamide group( P<0.01 ) and significantly reduced in losartan group(P<0.01),the levels of β 2 MG of serum and urine decreased significantly in losartan group(P<0.01) and was not changed in indapamide group after treatment.Conclusion Losartan and indapamide can effectively control blood pressure of senile hypertensive patients,but losartan can not only improve the metabolic disturbance of senile hypertensive patients but also protect kidney.
